Choco Dorayaki

Ingredients:
2 eggs
65 g sugar
125 cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
70 ml milk

Filling:
60 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
30 ml milk
cheddar cheese, grated

How to make:
1. Filling, heat the milk over medium heat. After the milk is warm, add the dark chocolate, stir until melted. Let it cool and thicken in refrigerator.
2. Beat the egg and sugar using electric mixer in medium speed until thick and pale.
3. Add sifted flour and baking powder to the egg mixture, beating until all combined.
4. Pour the milk in 3 or 4 steps, continue beating until all combined.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1 large tablespoon of batter into pan. Cook over medium heat until underside is cooked, then turn it over and cook other side.
6. Spread one side of dorayaki with chocolate filling and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Top with the other one.

Bahan:
2 telur
65 g gula pasir
125 g tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sdt baking powder
50 ml susu cair

Isi:
60 g dark chocolate, potong-potong
30 ml susu cair
keju cheddar, parut

Cara:
1. Isi, panaskan susu cair, masukkan potongan dark cokelat, aduk sampai meleleh. Dinginkan dan biarkan kental dalam lemari es.
2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai kental dan pucat.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder sambil diayak. Kocok rata.
4. Masukkan susu cair secara bertahap, kocok rata.
5. Tuang 1 sendok sayur ke dalam wajan anti lengket, biarkan kurang lebih 1 menit sampai bagian bawah matang. Balikan agar sisi yang lain matang pula.
6. Olesi satu sisi dorayaki dengan filling cokelat dan taburi dengan keju parut. Tutup dengan dorayaki yang lain.
